By using Scrapify ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Scrapify is a platform that connects users who want to sell scrap materials with verified scrap dealers (Kabadiwalas). We facilitate:

• Scrap price discovery
• Dealer discovery based on location
• Pickup scheduling
• In-app communication

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not misrepresent scrap quality or quantity
• Treat dealers and other users with respect

4. Dealer Verification

While we verify dealers through ID checks, we are not responsible for individual dealer conduct. Users should exercise standard caution when meeting dealers.

5. Pricing

Scrap prices shown in the app are indicative and may vary based on:

• Material quality
• Current market rates
• Location
• Quantity

Final prices are determined between you and the dealer at pickup.

6. Payments

All payments for scrap are made directly between users and dealers. Scrapify does not process scrap payments but may charge service fees for premium features in the future.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scrapify is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

• Disputes between users and dealers
• Quality or accuracy of scrap pricing
• Loss or damage during pickup
• Service interruptions

IMPORTANT: Scrapify is only a technology platform connecting users, sellers, and scrap dealers. Deals, payments, pickups, chats, and meetings are between the parties at their own risk.

If anything happens to you through or because of this app — including fraud, cheating, harassment, theft, accidents during pickup, disputes over money or goods, injury, loss, or any other incident involving another user, dealer, or seller — Scrapify / Kabadiwala and its owners are NOT responsible and NOT liable, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

हिंदी: अगर इस ऐप के ज़रिए आपके साथ कुछ भी होता है (धोखाधड़ी, चोरी, झगड़ा, हादसा आदि), तो हम क़ानून की अधिकतम सीमा तक ज़िम्मेदार नहीं हैं। व्यक्ति और सामान खुद जाँचें। OTP / बैंक PIN कभी साझा न करें।

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks in the App are owned by Scrapify. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
